- Counting and results : 16 CET till 16:30 CET

FAQ’s Who are eligible to vote? All registered members whose account is activated (Payment done and email verified) on and before 7th June are eligible for voting. My account is not active. What should I do? Membership Support Team will be available at the venue and can help you in person on 8th June before AGM. I missed to register before 7th June but want to vote. We will close the registrations on 8th June completly and we will not be able to take any new registrations until 9th June. Thus you can not vote on 8th June. How many votes does a registered member get? Each registered member will get only one ballot paper and can choose 9 board members out of all nominations announced. Do we have the possibilty to vote online?
Unfortuantly not ! As this is the first time we havent been able to catter to such need as of now. It will be consdiered for furture. Can a member vote on behlaf of other family member or friend? Each registered member present in person will get only one ballot paper and can not vote for others who ever it might be. When will the election results announced? Aim is to complete the counting by 16:30 CET and annouce the resutls before 17 CET. However in case of unforeseen circumstances it could be delayed with in the day. How will i Know more about the nominees to be able to vote?
All nominees will prersent themself during the AGM and also all registered members will get a short intro of nominees through email the day before.
