1. Event Registration

Registrations may close when the event reaches capacity.

2. Participant Cancellation

Refunds may not be guaranteed due to pre-booked venues/catering. Eligibility depends on the specific event.

3. Event Cancellation by STC

If STC cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified and refunds may be considered.

4. Photography & Media Consent

Photos and videos may be taken for documentation and promotion. By attending, you consent to their use on:

STC website
Social media
Event promotional materials

Inform organizers if you do not wish to appear in photos.
