Roles and Responsibilities:

• Brainstorming & Community Involvement: Align site with community vision, create user group maps
• Target Audience: Identify primary users
• Site Map: Develop site structure
• Content Development: Create and maintain content
• Branding: Define STC branding (colors, fonts, logos)
• Promotion: Focus on SEO, social media, analytics
• Maintenance: Oversee costs, updates, subscriptions, newsletters
