The mission of STC Membership committee is to promote membership growth & engagement and provide support and resources to our members. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters strong relationships and active participation and strengthening community bonds.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Promote Membership Growth: Actively seek new members from the Telugu community & beyond, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Enhance Member Engagement: Develop programs & initiatives that encourage active participation from members, ensuring they feel valued and connected to the organization. 
• Provide Member Support: Offer resources and support services to members, addressing their needs and helping them integrate to the community. 
• Strengthen Community Bonds: Facilitate networking opportunities and build strong relationships among members to create a supportive and cohesive community. 
• Maintain Member Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of membership information, ensuring efficient communication &service delivery. 
• Feedback and Improvement: Regularly seek feedback from members to understand their needs and improve the services and activities offered by the organization.
